CBH+A performed a feasibility study before starting design of an addition and renovations to Watkins Mill Elementary School. The existing school is a 1-1/2 story building on a sloping 10-acre site.The program includes an addition of 12 classrooms for the grade school, six larger classrooms for the kindergarten, an expansion of the administration, a new gym, and renovation of the media center.
