Camden Station renovation - sports museum

In 1983, Cho Benn Holback + Associates stabilized the exterior of this historic train station. Today, we are working with the Maryland Stadium Authority to restore the interior of the building. The rejuvenated building will house the 60,000 SF “Sports Legends at Camden Yards” museum and provide an additional 12,000 SF of leasable space. Cost of the completed facility will be approximately $10 million.
