The Brewers Hill project comprises five complexes of the former National Bohemian and Gunther Breweries. The site takes its name from the neighborhood it anchors, and will become a showpiece mixed-use green development. Cho Benn Holback + Associates has prepared the historic Part I and II applications for the entire project, as well as design for three individual complexes, all of which are now in or completing construction. The focal point is the Natty Boh building, a 10-story brick building complete with planted green roofs and a rainwater collection system.
