Renovation of two historic apartment buildings on Druid Hill Park reservoir. A goal was to historically renovate many of the 103 apartments in both turn-of-the-century seven- and eight-story structures to their original sizes while providing modern-size kitchens and baths. Public amenities include a community room with pre-kitchen, a fitness center, an incubator business center, and laundry and management areas centrally located. |
