Tindeco Wharf + Canton Cove

The conversion of these two former factories totaled some 650,000 SF and resulted in 329 luxury apartments. Extensive coordination with City and State agencies was required due to the waterfront situations of both projects. The history of the sites as industrial working piers inspired the character of the new architecture, as well as the extensive use of steel, brick and glass. Organizational studies were preformed to maximize frontage on Baltimore’s harbor.
