The Annie E. Casey Foundation Expansion Baltimore, Maryland

Located on Charles Street, this project was a 29,000 SF expansion for the Headquarters. The project involved the renovation of four floors of an existing building to serve as "high-tech" meeting/conferencing space and office space for the Foundation. The design focuses on "transparency" allowing light to filter in to all offices. Special work areas were designed to facilitate brainstorming, researching, thinking and teleconferencing.
