Barrister Court represents the multi-story, 31,576 GSF adaptive reuse of the former School 34 to affordable housing. The 32 units are a combination of efficiencies, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms, ranging from 300 to 725 SF. The project complies with the Federal Fair Housing Act with all of the units either handicapped accessible or adaptable. The design is arranged around a private "garden," (the former asphalt playground) and includes a community room, laundry facility and additional storage areas for the residents.
